BSM Collection Order (Inkaso)




Customers can receive payment for documents from all over Indonesia and from certain countries in accordance with the provisions of Bank Syariah Mandiri

BSM Collection Order (Inkaso)

In the case of the documentary collection to another bank where the drawee bank is based in a different clearing area or abroad, the proceeds of the collection will be credited to the customer's account.


  • A customer must hold an account with Bank Syariah Mandiri
  • Rupiah currency or other foreign currencies (USD, SGD)
  • The proceeds of the BSM collection is credited to the customer’s account or transferred to the customer’s account with other bank
  • The Bank is only the recipient of order and represent (wakalah) the customer, in case of an error/delay in the proceeds of the BSM collection, Bank Syariah Mandiri will not be responsible therefor.

What are the requirements?

  • Holding an account with Bank Syariah Mandiri
  • Complete the BSM collection slip
  • Collection fee: Rp10,000 + correspondence fee
